At Daddies, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused sports equipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Daddies account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items back into their original manufacturer box and pack them into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
